Oak Coast Studio is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We operate as an independent digital studio and serve clients remotely across the United States and other English-speaking markets.

Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate this website, understand its performance and respond to a project inquiry.
- Your name and email address when you submit the contact form.
- The project details or message you choose to send.
- Later correspondence about your inquiry.
- Basic technical and security information needed to deliver and protect the website.
- Page-view and successful-contact events measured through the Meta Pixel. Form names, email addresses and message text are not included in those Pixel events.
- After optional consent, Google Analytics 4 may receive a random browser or device identifier, browser and device information, page URL and title, referring or campaign source, interactions, and general location information derived from the connection. Google states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses.
- Page views and a generate_lead event are measured after a project inquiry is successfully submitted. Form names, email addresses, phone numbers and message text are not included in Google Analytics or Meta events.

Google services used on this website
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-18G8DJXKTH) for optional website measurement and Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MFD94LLN) to manage optional tags. Google Search Console is used by the site owner to review aggregated search performance and indexing; it does not add a visitor-tracking tag to the website.
Google Consent Mode v2 starts analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization as denied. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after a visitor accepts optional tracking on this website. If consent is refused or withdrawn, optional cookies are not loaded by the site and known first-party analytics and advertising cookies are cleared where technically possible.
A Google Ads account has been created, but Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing are not currently active on this website because no Google Ads conversion ID and label have been installed. This policy and the consent controls will be reviewed before either feature is activated.
Service providers and international processing
We use website hosting and infrastructure providers to keep the site available. When you submit the inquiry form, the website's protected server endpoint uses Resend, a transactional email provider, to deliver the information to Oak Coast Studio's primary business inbox and a business-controlled backup inbox without opening an email application on your device.
Resend processes the submitted name, email addresses, selected service, message and basic delivery or security information needed to transmit and protect the request. Resend may retain email delivery records according to the Oak Coast Studio account settings and its privacy terms. Form information is not sent to Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel.
With the visitor's permission, Google and Meta may receive the limited technical information and measurement events described above. These providers act under their own terms and privacy safeguards and may process information in countries other than the one where you live.
How long we keep information
Inquiry and correspondence information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ when an inquiry becomes a client project. Resend delivery records are retained according to the provider account settings and its privacy terms. Analytics retention varies by data type and the settings applied in the relevant provider account; we do not keep measurement data longer than reasonably needed for the purposes described here.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Oak Coast Studio does not sell personal information for money. On your first visit, the website presents equally prominent choices to accept optional tracking or continue with necessary technology only. The site remains available if you refuse. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time to change your choice, restrict cookies through your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
